Easter was such a wonderful day. We spent most of the morning reflecting on our Savior's sacrifice for us and the Resurrection. It was nice to have a nice relaxing morning to really try to teach the children the true meaning of Easter.

Hyrum was goofing off...
while Madison and Daddy were busy coloring Easter pictures.
Here is Madison's lovely picture of Mary at the tomb.
After we colored pictures, and before nap time we let them find their Easter baskets.
Hyrum loved all the goodies that he found!
Madison was in a really goofy mood after she found her Easter basket.
After church the kids had a little Easter Egg Hunt. They were VERY excited for this event.
Hyrum was super fast picking up all of the eggs that he found!
Madison was always making sure that all of her eggs were in her basket.
Hyrum went to town once he figured out there was candy inside the eggs!
Madison finished with the hunt and is one happy girl!
