All three of my kids have caught a nasty cough last week. Grant got it Thursday, Hyrum Friday, and Madison Saturday. Needless to say, we have had a lot of sick days just relaxing and trying to get better at our house. As we have been doing so, I couldn't help but watch Grant snuggled up with his blanket crashed out on the floor. And a memory popped into my head of him sleeping on the same blanket when he was just a newborn. Where does time go? He was just a little peanut!
And now Grant has become such a little boy. I love my kids so much and can't believe how fast they are growing up on me.
I went to church all by myself yesterday because Cory was home with the sick kids. It was so weird to sit in Sacrament meeting without any kids on my lap. And I actually missed it. Call me crazy, I know. But it has really made me think of how much love I have for my family and that I need to cherish the crazy moments before they are gone.
