Where in the world does the time go? I can't believe a year has come and gone again! This past year was a hectic one for me and my family. Especially with a new baby, graduation, and moving cross country to Florida. As this new year begins I have found lots that I need to improve on in so many ways. I have one resolution this year, and it is a biggie. I want to "embrace" life and all the happiness that is there. I need to remember that "happiness is the object of our existence." Moving to Florida has put me in some kind of temporary funk. And I want to snap out of it. So this year, I am going to be happy, no matter what. I need to count my blessings. Because I HAVE been given so much! Here are some things that I'm going to try to work on:
1.) Show my husband my love and support more often. (Doesn't sound very hard, but it is at the end of a long day with kids sometimes.)
2.) Work on patience as a mother.
3.) Keep a more organized (clean) home.
4.)Be more relaxed and easy going. I tend to get worked up very easily.

I think all mom's have the same New Years resolutions, I know I do!
Good Luck.
Those are my exact resolutions too! I hope this year is everything you are hoping for:)
That's so great, I agree with the comment above...all mom's have the same resolutions. And ya know what, I'm so glad for that or I'd be scared for some children out there! What a great mom you are!
Aubrey, you are so clean, you don't have to worry about that one nearly as much as you think you do!! And i get worked up too, but in the end it all works out. I need to remember that. No need to stress, it will all be fine.
Anyway, Paul and I read your update from the first postings a while ago and were wondering, how did Cory get into Real Estate? Did you guys move out there for CM and then he didn't like it? Or did he change directions before you decided to move to Florida? How exciting! And I hear that real estate in Florida is awesome! So good for him!
Of course we remember you guys! Yea! I am so glad that you found us. Your kids are so cute! I see you know my cousin Kristyn... but I guess she lived in our house while she managed the apartments. Anyways, it is good to see your cute family and to get updates.

You and me both, to all of the above-listed resolutions! I've always thought you were such a great mom and wife, but you're right-it can be hard to put a smile on your face at the end of a long day w/two rug-rats.
